At ACL Sheet Metal we have a fully qualified team of designers and engineers to custom design projects to suit our client’s unique specifications

Design is the start point of all projects. We work closely with our clients to get a clear brief on what is required.

Our professional engineering team and designers work together to transform a concept into precise 3D CAD project designs. Using Solidworks, we work through the design, to produce mechanical aesthetic valuation before production.

Our engineering prototypes will ensure that you can check that your design works just as you expect it to, and if not this allows us to make any final alterations that may be required before we move on to production.

Our engineers have the expertise to develop a product from the conceptual stage to final production, with a full parts list. Whatever your requirement, we have a solution that is customised specifically for you.

Once past the design stage, we work on ensuring that any prototypes produced meet British industry quality standards, before progressing on into the production stage.
